“My first time using the mobile self check out. Kind of awkward, but I think I can get used to it. Be sure to follow directions carefully and bring all you need when you pick it up, like 2nd ID, etc. Had a hickup or two, but U-haul had someone available via phone to help out. Went relatively fast and I'd do it again. Just be prepared your first time.”

“Truck was great for my needs. I did have a couple of issues with the rubber gasket around their recently replaced windshield and braking was not smooth (apply brakes and it felt like I was driving down a washboard road). All in all it was a good rental, it washboard my move.”

Usually I go to 100% U-Haul branded locations and it takes forever to get my truck. This was a lightning experience and the return was even faster. I 100% recommend this location to everybody and I would even go out of my way and I’d pay extra to come here again”

“I have been a customer at this establishment for at least six years, renting vans and trucks, filling propane tanks, regularly enough to recognize the staff each time. The team is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and kind. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for these services.
When they get busy, as every business does from time to time, you'll see that one customer who thinks they're more important than everyone else. You know, the ones who will make everyone else wait longer so they don't have to wait at all? I've never had a bad experience at this location, except when people like that show up. Maybe sometimes people just get what they give.”

“I rented a small van to move a piece of furniture. The two friendly employees I interacted with were helpful in choosing the right furniture dolly and in explaining the rental process. He even carried the heavy dolly across the street to the van for me. I highly recommend this location for great customer service.”

Had minimal contact with the two people that I saw working there, and they were running around like crazy trying to help the three other people who just walked in wanting to rent something. Unfortunately it’s the same old story, why hire three people when we can run two people ragged. Not always the best strategy for good customer service. So I’m probably being way too generous with my five star rating. At least I was in and out very easily.”
