“My first time using the mobile self check out. Kind of awkward, but I think I can get used to it. Be sure to follow directions carefully and bring all you need when you pick it up, like 2nd ID, etc. Had a hickup or two, but U-haul had someone available via phone to help out. Went relatively fast and I'd do it again. Just be prepared your first time.”
“Outstanding experience both times I have had to use this U-Haul site. They are extremely helpful and understanding. We had a unique situation and Rob, who was on site that morning, made sure everything worked out well and we did not pay anything extra. Highly recommend this location! Have a great move, y'all!”
“Truck was great for my needs. I did have a couple of issues with the rubber gasket around their recently replaced windshield and braking was not smooth (apply brakes and it felt like I was driving down a washboard road). All in all it was a good rental, it washboard my move.”

“Reserved a truck online and went to pick it up at the counter, overall process was smooth and quick, truck handled well. Samantha was very lovely and welcoming in helping us with our reservation. She was very informative explaining the details of the truck rental and was very helpful in helping me hire some moving labor as well. She was very professional! The moving labor ended up helping immensely, the workers were very professional and quick, and the service did not cost too much overall.
The truck was in good condition and clean, and I was even able to return the truck a day early and get a bit of my money back. Only thing that could make the truck even more useful is if it had some sort of backup camera or rear view camera installed. Other than that, service at this Uhaul was great!”
“All was a great experience, although it was my first time doing it this way i was a bit of confusion , but once you read the specific instructions its very simple to navigate. CLEAN and well maintained. 15 ft trailer works very well in tight Happy Valley streets.”
“I reserved the truck for 24 hours, but the app switched it to 12 hours. When I tried to contact via chat, it said there was a 45 MINUTE WAIT TIME for next available agent! WHO HAS TIME TO SIT AND WAIT ON CHAT WHEN YOU'RE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING?!?!?
The human beings at the location were GREAT, but the online experience was absurd! I'm giving 5 stars because I believe the RATING applies to this LOCATION, not my experience with the BS undoubtedly outsourced (so-called) Customer Service!”

“Great location. This place has anything you could need when moving multiple sizes of box trucks. To trailer boxes to car hauling trailers to pickup trucks. They even have storage boxes and a warehouse to store your full box until your ready for it. Not to mention every size cardboard box and tape and even mattress covers its an all In one shop. The crew here is on their game in friendly and fast was in and out In Just 15 mins. Trucks are clean and we'll maintained..this is my new go to place. And if you prefer you can do the entire check I. And check out of. Their app..”

“I did my rental totally on my phone. Had minimal contact with the two people that I saw working there, and they were running around like crazy trying to help the three other people who just walked in wanting to rent something. Unfortunately it’s the same old story, why hire three people when we can run two people ragged. Not always the best strategy for good customer service. So I’m probably being way too generous with my five star rating. At least I was in and out very easily.”
