NOT a regular post office. This is a mail distribution center.

They never attempt to deliver certified mail. Just stick the notice to your front door. I’ve had this happen multiple times with very time sensitive documents.

If this was a private entity, they would be out of business. I just can't believe the level of incompetence, errors, and lack of customer service.
