“I have been trying to retrieve a Christmas gift that was shipped internationally and delivered to my work mailbox (my work mailbox key opens a box for a different store in my complex, so I cannot access our specific box). I have made many attempts to put in a request to have it redelivered with no luck or response from USPS. Luckily as I was leaving today, I was able to catch the mail carrier, Abigail, who was kind enough to open the box and after checking my ID, was able to give me the gift that had been sitting in the box since late January. Abigail went above and beyond to give excellent customer service and did more in about 3 minutes than the USPS has done in 3 months. Please recognize her for her efforts.”
“It gets hot in there! Shane made my life easier, shout out to him and everyone at USPS with a million people parading through with their side hustle depop businesses and Amazon returns. These people are grinding!!”

“I am not completely satisfied with my mail /package delivery but I know post office in West Linn is relatively good in contrast to other locations. Don’t dis-encourage hard working postman, be nice and help them do better. At least, all employees here in West Linn location are super nice and friendly, eager to help.”

“Doesn't look like a normal post office, but they will take your letters. Parking lot is tiny, so you may have to make your own spot for your quick drop off of mail.”
“I ran in at 8:55 in the morning they opened at 9:00 and there was already a line. LOL anyway I was the third person in line and I paid my $170 for the full year of a post office box. The clerk was very courteous and sweet and she advised that they were already short one person for the day. Anyway great little post office in Fairview.”
“No self-serve kiosk here no matter what any digital search engine or Google maps says. No problem ever with any of the staff . This is a good location. . Just no self-serve kiosk. pretty annoying because Google maps told me it was here.”
“You can do a change of address form here and open Saturdays ! Very nice and knowledgeable service knowing the rules and standards of a regular USPS can answer questions”
“I was in from out of state to help clean out my mom’s home. Usually I’m very prepared with all I need to ship. Since it’s not my place, I was concerned about having everything ready to send. I told the gentleman working about this and he said, “No problem.” He quickly, quietly and easily got my package on its way. Friendly, helpful service! Thank you!”
“Considering it’s is a post office, which are all overworked, under resourced and highly utilized…this location is doing great at handling challenges with skill and customers with grace. I go a couple times a week to ship packages and have appreciated my experiences even when it’s busy. The staff are helpful and friendly I actually enjoy stopping in and seeing them. When you interact with workers (or leave reviews) try to maintain respect and empathy.”

“Have always had a typical post office experience here. Most of the slowness comes from other people/customers asking questions and not having everything ready...hence asking questions part. Staff have always been nice to me when I've needed assistance either for mailing or PO box stuff. Added pictures of hours of operation for stuff that doesn't require staff assistance, ie PO box hrs., ect.”

I've just left, and as soon as I say in my car I felt compelled to write about my experience. The bottom line is: Michelle rules. She helped me through some postage adventure and guided me through it all in such a calm, and concise manner. She eased my stress immediately. A master behind the Counter. Pray you find yourself in front of hers.”
“I missed a signature-required delivery for an important medication. I went to pick it up, but unfortunately my courier still had it on their truck. The front desk still gave me instructions on approximate return times for couriers, and how to get help after hours. I was able to still get my medication almost two hours after their close when the couriers got back, because of their great service and empathy.”
“How dare the post office follow government policy, and federal law! This post office refused to vault over my electric fence. Run past my 3 attack dogs, and have it on my door my 10am! This is absolutely unfair!”

“Amazing for returns!! They accept FedEx, UPS, and USPS. No more running around to a bunch of different stores. Plus, the owners are so sweet. I will be doing all of my returns here from now on. They also do Passport photos, and a bunch of other services. Bonus—there’s a very cute antique mall downstairs.”
