“Sudden out of state promotion meant we needed to ensure our 16'x9' food concessions trailer was road worthy of interstate travel. A quick call speaking with Joe gave me a more than fair quote to rewire our tandem trailer breaks and some new tail and marker lights to a new plug. On top of that, our tracker jack broke putting it onto our truck. Billy was able to completely run new wire, lights, and hookup all the trailer breaks in under 2 days. They also hooked me uo with a new offset hitch and ball to even the trailer tow out a bit. I didn't catch the lady's name at the counter but everyone I dealt with gets a 10/10. I now have a completely legal and safe trailer for the move and they didn't break the bank, and in under 2 days! I really appreciate the care and hastiness they provided. Would totally recommend for all of your truck and trailer needs.”

Rob repaired and painted my damaged luggage lid, and perfectly matched the rest of the bike. The repair was flawless and I could not have been happier. He said I could ship the part to him in Eugene and he would ship it back, although I wound up driving the part to him it was nice to have the option. “Idk how, but when I took my WJ in, they routed my serpentine belt wrong. I found this out bc i posted in a forum asking for help as to why my rig is making whining noises and screeching at me to get laughed at in the community for having a rig that is done so wrong. Talk about embarrassing! I cant drive her for fear of this and I’ve had other situations in the past of service here. Every time I have toot the bill. Do I foot this damage too? Photo is of my engine bay this morning. Haven’t been driving her bc I’m too scared to trust my own ride. Good thing I was driving my kid around in this thing.Edit update. Mike gave me a call and was super awesome about getting me back in this week in order to route the belt properly. I’ve been going to these guys since I’ve moved here so it’s good to know they will take care of you if something does go awry.”
