“Original diagnostic fee was 190 for check engine light but it was just a loose gas cap they reduced it to 50 dollars for that. they also advised cabin air filter replacement did that ended up paying 225 total not sure if that's a great price or not. But it was quick and the Rideshare to and from the place was free so I'm good.”

“I was referred here by an acquaintance. They were able to work me in for estimate within 20 minutes. I took the car back on Wed morning and it was done by 1 p.m. Friday. Front left fender and light cover had to be replaced along with a bit of damage beneath (I don't know the name). Results are excellent. Extremely(!!!!) nice couple to deal with - a bit difficult to understand on the phone but really charming and knowledgeable. Price seemed very good to me. I def hope I don't have to go back (but things always seem to happen so I suspect I will) - but if I need any body repair, I'll go back 100%”

“I've taken my Subaru to Chief Autosports in the past, and recently brought in our 2025 Toyota Camry for an aftermarket steering wheel installation. Unfortunately, the steering wheel itself was not manufactured correctly, which turned what should have been a straightforward install into a much more time-consuming job that took more than double the originally estimated time.
Throughout the entire process, Tyler was outstanding. He kept us updated every step of the way, clearly explained the issues he encountered, and shared photos documenting the manufacturing defects. He even took the time to write a detailed email that we could send to the steering wheel manufacturer. Thanks to his extensive product knowledge, professionalism, and documentation, we were able to secure a credit from the manufacturer and switch to a different product.
His pricing was fair, his communication was excellent, and he was incredibly informative and transparent throughout the process. It's rare to find a shop that advocates for its customers the way Chief Autosports does. I highly recommend them for any aftermarket automotive work and will definitely continue bringing my vehicles there in the future.”

I had some challenges with other B&R locations and she was able to make a few calls and get things sorted out.Also have had good luck with this yard having the items in inventory that they say they have. My experience with the Eugene and Corvallis locations has been poor but the Springfield yard seems to be much better.”
