My experience with the Eugene and Corvallis locations has been poor but the Springfield yard seems to be much better.”

“Idk how, but when I took my WJ in, they routed my serpentine belt wrong. I found this out bc i posted in a forum asking for help as to why my rig is making whining noises and screeching at me to get laughed at in the community for having a rig that is done so wrong. Talk about embarrassing! I cant drive her for fear of this and I’ve had other situations in the past of service here. Every time I have toot the bill. Do I foot this damage too? Photo is of my engine bay this morning. Haven’t been driving her bc I’m too scared to trust my own ride. Good thing I was driving my kid around in this thing.Edit update. Mike gave me a call and was super awesome about getting me back in this week in order to route the belt properly. I’ve been going to these guys since I’ve moved here so it’s good to know they will take care of you if something does go awry.”

“Chris Vann! I was looking for a car online at Lithia Toyota in Springfield. Chris emailed me back. We thought we wanted a 2024 Toyota Prius Hybrid. Good looking car! My son tried it out and he just didn't fit well. I mean the car was washed, gassed up & ready for us to take it home. Well it wasn't going to work for us. I was apologizing up one side & down the other. He said no worries and had a Toyota Corolla Hybrid Sedan for us to try. It was perfect. Amazing customer service. We started the deal Friday night and they accommodated our schedule. We came back Sunday & Finished up. They wanted to help us get a new car and worked their magic to make it happen! Thanks Chris & Lithia Toyota Springfield! Our 2nd car we bought with Chris. He even remembered us!”

“I had an experience today with this company that was disappointing. When we all go to a store and make a purchase with a coupon or gift card. The coupon goes directly towards the overall bottom line of the purchase. This company will proportionally apply a percentage of the coupon to each item purchased. So, if you are purchasing things with a coupon. Be sure to purchase things you're sure you will keep. Purchase things you are not sure that you will use separately without a coupon to get your full return. I tried to explain my point of view to the employee there. And instead of being sympathetic and saying it is out of my hands, it is company policy. The person helping me got angry and said it is not like you are out of any of your own money. He did not seem capable of understanding that that was exactly how I felt. That being said other than this incident the company offers excellent pricing and the employees with go above and beyond to try to help you. I have been to this part's store many times. Never had another issue. I paid $18.79 for the part. And received $12.51 back.”

“They made a huge mistake with my diesel Volkswagen Passat. After I got an oil change, an emergency light came on. They kept my car for a week to fix it. When I picked up my car, they still hadn't changed the oil.Their customer service is great! They gave me a nice rental car during that time and are very friendly.I did buy the unlimited oil changes. While they are very costumer service friendly, I am nervous to bring my car back there for an oil change again.”

“We brought a flat tire in to these folks. We don't live in the area so we threw a dart and landed here. Sarah checked us in, Jessie was our technician. We had a low tire that we surely thought was going flat. They checked it out couldn't find any issues and made us feel comfortable about putting it back on the car after it was aired up. Have some issues with the lug nuts from a previous tire install and they were concerned about that and talk to through it and helped us figure out the best solution. The only downside was had they had for higher-quality tires we would have purchased those and had them installed them. But as it was for our particular vehicle the only had one economy set and we passed on that.”
