Had some guy hit my driver side headlight area on the freeway with an interstate trailer and you can not even tell that this car had any kind of damage to it. Not only did he repair the damage that driver caused, but he matched the paint perfectly and took out the chips in the paint that was there before the accident. “My girl Betty went to Calliber July 14th after some dingus decided to hit her while parked, no braking, at 30ish mph. Stood up to the impact pretty well! July 16th got an update on my vehicle, lots of regular updates all greatly appreciated. August 4th we found out the corner frame part that needed replaced was on backorder until September 1st which SUCKED but was not callibers fault.
I was still getting very helpful regular updates, unfortunately all they could say was 'the part is still on backorder' over and over again. Again not callibers fault, i requested the updates stop until something changes.
Calliber made extra effort when my family was able to source the last 2 frame parts in the country, but unfortunately they were snatched up before they could get them. I get it, again sucks but not callibers fault.
September 1st I got a call that the frame part had come in and I would get calls Tuesday and Thursdays with updates. That happened until my Service person went on vacation (i get it, please take vacation, not the problem)
When she came back it was radio silence until I called and asked for updates. I always waited until late wednesday and late friday to call in case they were just backed up, but i didnt get any information until I called.
Betty is back home today, pick up was a little bit of an adventure as I had to organize rides to go and get her on very short notice and working with other peoples work schedule. The car looks and runs fantastic, no complaints.
My only complaint is about the communication at the tail end of all this. Which is why theres a ding as far as stars go.

12/5/23 - Came in for my 2017 Honda HR-V's routine maintenance multi-point inspection (over 35,000 miles). Overall, service was excellent. Shayla Spoerl, Express Service Consultant, was efficient, professional, and very helpful. She carefully went over each item with me that would be serviced and what to expect, as well as the cost. What I thought would be about a 2-hour wait time turned out to be only about an hour, which was a bonus. I've always been pleased with service at Kendall and this time was no exception. Thank you!
11/17/25 - Took my Honda HR-V in to Kendall for its routine oil change and to address any other items that may need attention. Wait time for the oil change and accompanying inspections was about 1-1/2 hours, which I felt was normal. I appreciate that Zachary Schissler was very helpful and polite. I will be returning to Kendall on 12/11 for a follow-up visit to address one of the items on the ongoing to-do list for my HR-V.”

“Kiefer KIA was responsive to emails, and answered questions before I came to look at cars. Dealers who refuse to do that should be avoided, so I felt good about going in to ask about a Forte GT-Line.
I met with a new sales guy, Tony, who is still learning, but he was able to get a price sheet for me to see the price break down, which was another good sign. The sales guy who finished the process, Neil Hubler-Dayton, was easy to work with and didn't try to load up the sale with ad-ons. The finance manager, Dylan Sahakian, was also easy to work with and made sure I understood the agreements I was signing.
While I was there, I also decided to buy a fifth-wheel spare, instead of a donut spare; I did this as a result of past experiences with flats. The people working in the parts and service department were able to bring the cost down for the wheel and tire installation.
Over all, my impression of Kiefer Kia is that they're straight shooters, no funny business. I'm certain I'll be bringing the car into their service department for upkeep.”
