“This repair company is so wonderful! They repaired my car quickly and beautifully. You can't even see the repair it was done so well. The employees were so wonderful. They were patient with me and their communication was clear and concise. I am so pleased with their care and compassion. Mercedes, wonderful person at the front desk was so compassionate with me all of my fears and concerns were resolved. Justen was in charge of the repair. He communicated with me frequently to keep me informed. They even stayed late on a Friday so I could get my car after the repair.”

Rudy was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience and said that The Shop had great service, prices, and could get it done quickly. He wasn't wrong. Rudy was able to look at my truck the day I called, get the parts ordered and get started on the work as soon as the parts arrived. He got the work done in a week's time, met all of my standards for quality, matched the paint perfectly, stuck to his initial estimate, communicated well, and fixed a few other small body misalignment issues that I asked about as well. I really appreciated working directly with him rather than the insurance shop run around - he's a real artist and craftsman that does great work and communicated directly with you about what is going on. I hope to not need body work again, but if I do I'll go back. Although, I just saw they do detailing as well, so maybe I'll be back soon!”

“I was in a real bind when a brake bleeder screw broke off in my caliper during a brake bleed. Replacement calipers for my vehicle are nearly impossible to find, and the only ones I located overseas were over $1,000. I brought it in expecting to pay for their time, but after a short wait they successfully extracted the broken bleeder screw and saved the caliper. To my surprise, they wouldn't accept any payment and were simply happy to help. It's rare to find this level of honesty, skill, and customer service, and I'm extremely grateful for their help.”
