“came in during ice storm for wiper blades. crew was very friendly and helpful. first set i tried didnt quite fit, no fault of napa or employees. it was obvious it was meant to fit but didnt. othe 2 i tried did and i bought both sets.glad i did as one froze up and blew apart. we ended up getting stuck between trees on territorial highway that night scared to death till public works rescue team got us with 3 trucks with chainsaws, a grader and a big bucket. glad we had good wipers! stay away from territorial hwy in a ice storm!!!!!”

“Good experience overall. Only suggestion I have is that when the car is parked in the lot during the repair time, they need to make sure the car is locked. During the 5 days my car was being serviced someone got into my car and rummaged through it and items were stolen. This could have been avoided if car was locked on their lot at all times.”

“Great sales experience @ Kendall Subaru! Went in to check out a model on my "To Buy" list and was greeted by a personable, knowledgeable young man named Love (that really was his name). We talked and did not have the time to test drive. Fast forward almost 2 years (covid, chip shortage, yata yata) and he still worked there and remembered me! (multiple brownie points!). Arranged for me and Mama to test drive the rig with a full tank of gas without adult supervision. I would have bought from him but I had very specific colors and trim level to keep my home life bueno and had to shop a 200 mile radius to get my exact unit of choice, sorry dude, you still rock!”

“I brought a malfunctioning alternator in that nobody could find a replacement for, 10 minutes before closing on Friday. I got a call Monday at about 12 noon. Went down and picked up a fully repaired alternator cleaned up and looking brand new. I also saved allot of money! Very good experience, and would highly recommend weather you have a hard to find alternator or starter, or if you want to see if what you have is worth having repaired.”
