“I have only been with Reliance for about 4 years. In that time I have not had any problems at all. When I needed technical support I was able to call and get help right away. In May 2024 Comcast came in with fiber optic and I made the decision to leave Reliance and go with Comcast because it was going to save me money. Well I was sadly mistaken. I have had nothing but problems since I left. Well I decided to go back to Reliance. I call yesterday and was able to restore my service with them in a matter of minutes. When I got home and tried to hook things up it wasn’t working. I was able to make a call and someone came out and fixed the issue. The issue was Comcast had unplugged everything from Reliance. Well things are good now. The moral of this is just because it is cheaper does not make it better. The folks at Reliance have been very helpful and very professional. Thanks Theresa for all your help.”
“There could be some updates done in the company. Yet over all, I do like BCT. We have utilized their services since the 80s over the yrs. We try to stick local as best as possible these days and they are not a bad service. As said, "some" things could change to be more competitive. Outside of that, still love them. More customers to them, better opportunity for them to be more competitive and again, they are locally run...”
