“Anything that goes wrong with any vehicle I'm in I know just to call this location. Everyone here is very helpful. Explain to me how to put the part in or explain to me why I don't need it. The customer service is better than any I experience in this area in any store. Even my dog likes it here!”

“Russ figured out my coolant leak was from a bad EGR system and replaced it perfectly within a week! He was very pleasant to deal with and very honest, I felt. He even worked with my odd situation of having the dealership that sold me the car with bad EGR pay for most of the repair. Will definitely return!”

“Very helpful folks been cleaning up my sisters property and was told to bring the metal to dump cause there was no recycling close by. I decided to look for myself and found shinglehouse. They took all my metal and they paid me and found out the dump sells there metal to them. Super nice folks since I was clueless to process they walked me thru it no problem. Highly recommend.”

“My engine light was on my Honda CRV. The car manual suggested the gas cap. January 2, 2026 I went to Coos Bay, Oregon Napa Auto Parts for a replacement gas cap. I am disabled and was thrilled with the help from the employees. When they put on the new cap the engine did not go off. They brought out a computer to reset my car. Thank you for your excellent and professional service.”
“I received my second big help at this place. The first time, while camping in Florence, I had trouble due to tire damage and came here late on a weekend afternoon, where I got quick maintenance and tire repair. This time, I returned because of a battery issue, purchased a new battery, and had it replaced. I received very fast and friendly service from the staff member, Allen. Compared to other Walmart Auto Centers, the kindness here is many times greater. When you purchase a new battery, they handle the replacement, and the recycle refund fee for the old battery is deducted as the installation cost.
This is a highly recommended place.”

“We purchased a 5th wheel from Porter's several years ago and remembered it being a good experience, so naturally we were going to give them a call and let them know we were looking for an upgrade. Mark Richardson knocked it out of the park when it came to customer service. We explained what we were looking for in an upgrade and features that were a must for us. Mark is a great listener and said that he would see what he could find. In about a week Mark gave us a call, he had found a unit that checked all the boxes we were looking for. He sent pictures and specs and we were sold! We were even happier once we did our walk through. Mark was very informative and proved that he truly knows his business. He confidently answered all our questions and having owned a few rv's we had several. We feel that this will be our last rv as we are getting up there in years, however if we decide to purchase another one we will not hesitate to call Porter's. Everyone there made us feel right at home and comfortable.
