About Bay Area First Step, Inc.
Bay Area First Step is a peer-run organization founded in 1995. We are entirely peer-operated, offering a range of services, including multiple levels of NARR-accredited Recovery Residences, Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment, and Peer-delivered Recovery Support Services, including outreach. Additionally, we operate Recovery Community Centers that host various activities. We provide state-approved certification training for Peer Support Specialists in both Adult Addiction and Adult Mental Health.

Pacific Empire motel no longer exists. It is now Bay Area First Step. It's not bad.
