“My 20 year old Speed Queen washer had a small leak; called for evaluation and within a short period of time, Michael and his trainee, Joseph came to diagnose the problem....it wasn't straight forward. With persistence, Michael saw a bit of water coming from drain pump.
Part was ordered and the following week, Michael and Joseph returned with new part, came at the time given and installed the new drain pump.
I watched both the diagnosis visit and installation of new part; since Michael was training Joseph, I learned so much and have a new appreciation of the mechanical ability I witnessed. With all the digital technology we have, its good to know that there are still knowledgeable mechanics.....AI couldn't fix my machine!!
