“24 hr access is very convenient, and property management is friendly and easy to talk to. Prices are fair, considering the area and availability. The units are not climate controlled, but the property does have security systems in place and is also gated. Units are clean. I personally haven't had any issues.”

The units are clean and they take precaution for insects and critters. It’s easy to navigate inside and we felt our belongings were 100% secure. We needed to store our daughter’s things from her dorm for the summer and he was beyond helpful. He was so informative and made the entire process seamless. We were so happy with the service that we referred several other college students to store their belongings there as well. Even when a fellow college student had a problem because she did not have the key, John was still able to help. We quickly became friends with John and will remain friends forever. Every time we visit now, we always bring back some Hawaii goodies for him. This establishment is great to store your belongings, but what makes it even better is that the customer service is on another level of greatness. Remember to ask for John when you call or visit. He’s absolutely the best and takes care of business.”

“I often struggle with human interaction, but, surprisingly, Sandy has consistently been easy to communicate with, both over the phone, and in person.I'm not the easiest customer, either. I've had issues keeping an automated payment set up, due to losing a debit card some months ago, and not having a stable address where i could receive a new one. I've missed payments for a month or two, various times. (Though i've always paid my bill later on, including late fees and what not, without issue).Despite these difficulties, Sandy has been patient and understanding with me. Downright friendly, in fact. This human touch is such a rare experience with the majority of businesses in our modern times....I truly appreciate Sandy and The Fortress. I can't fully express what it means to me to not DREAD making a phone call. “So I feel blessed to have stopped in at monarch mini storage I needed a unit and upon arrival I was welcomed in by Don who is just super sweet and goes way above and beyond what he really has to do for anybody it was pouring rain and he set up a cover for me a tent thing I guess I would call it so I didn't have to get soaking wet I've never had anybody at a storage unit try to help me so much he helped unload the u-haul into my unit and has always offered a helping hand whenever I needed it his wife Lyn is such a super special and sweet lady I love her so much they actually made me feel like family out there so if you want somewhere to store your stuff and be treated like family this is the place to go”
