My only suggestion, especially with the North Bend Post Office closure, would be to invest in a couple of self service kiosks available to the public 24/7 in the lobby. These would not only benefit the counter staff during regular business hours, but the public as well by cutting down frustration from long lines and no service at all during the weekend.”
“I had an excellent experience with the young man or associate who helped me. He went out of his way to show me the best value I could get if I went a different way with what I needed. His help was well worth it. I ended up saving some money. Also he helped me downloading the Staples app so that I could save even more. Overall I give Staples a 10+. “My daughter sent me a package from Houston to FedEx trying to send it to my PO box and you can't do that so anyway make a long story short I got a hold of the ground terminal FedEx and coos Bay I don't know Ocean boulevard cuz that's where the package was and I said hold on to it I'll be out and I picked it up and then everything just went so smooth it was great”
