“In the past I have had other mailboxes at UPS stores. They have all had great service. This one is no different. I have had a box here for 3 months and everyone has been courteous and helpful. I had to write this review today to call out Nancy on her outstanding above and beyond help. I have been dealing with a company for a return and this company has done everything they could to make this return as difficult as possible. The company left out the correct paperwork for pick up. Nancy went out of her way to make sure the package was accepted same day. Once again. Outstanding customer care at a UPS location.”

“We needed to get a medical sample sent to New York. We missed the last flight, but the staff told when the first flight was leaving the next morning and when they opened so we could send a fresh sample. Very helpful, very courteous.”
