I dropped in with my pick up because it had what I thought was a shifting pause and although he was busy, he took the time to take my truck for a drive and was gone about 20 minutes or so, and came back to informed me it was not my transmission that he felt it was a throttle issue, but did tell me at the mileage I should probably get it serviced if I haven’t. I made my appointment which is for today. They are very affordable and very personable. He’s the only mechanic that Actually took the time out of his schedule and drove my truck because the only way you could feel what it was doing is to actually drive it. Indefinitely wins my business. “Tom and his wonderful team went way beyond what a usual auto mechanics business would do to help me out. I’ve been traveling back-and-forth from Eugene to goose Bay, planning on moving to Bandon soon. I met Tom on my way up and he helped me with changing my battery. Just yesterday, on my way back down, he did a whole heck of a lot of things to my car, so much that it is hard to remember exactly what all he did . Tanisha, his right hand woman, graciously drove me around Coos Bay and North Bend to help me get things done since I didn’t have a car. She even helped me pack up my hotel room when I ran out of time before check out! These guys are family not just some impersonal business. I would highly recommend them”
