“Tim at ColorAll exceed all expectations! My 2009 Honda CRV has some clear coat issues on the bumper and roof. Everyone except ColorAll either didn't want to fix it or wanted too much to fix it. Tim explained that he couldn't just fix the clear coat, the whole area would need to be repainted as well. After completing the work, Tim showed me where he matched the color. It is spot on. I'm more than satisfy. Now, I'm noticing the hood and other areas of the car are starting to exhibit clear coat issues. I know exactly who can fix it! I'll be back, Tim!”
“Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”
“Oregon Collision Center came recommended to me by a family friend after my first accident. I had ZERO experience on the process of getting my car fixed. Carlos saw me for a pre-estimate the day after I called (other shops were weeks out just to take a look). He gave me information on how to make my car as safe as possible to drive in the time before they were able to get me in to fix. Patience made the experience even more wonderful with her frequent email updates on the status of the body work. Absolutely WONDERFUL crew.
