First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to First Community Credit Union for being an outstanding institution and having exceptional employees who demonstrate empathy and generosity. Real quick, I'm going to summarize what happened, and maybe y'all just got y'all's self a new customer too. So the day of yesterday, 09/22/25, I had one of the worst days ever; the last thing I needed was my car to stall. ( I ran out of gas ) And I went to this bank and asked if I could leave my car there while I looked for gas, they were so nice and concerned about me, Two of their tellers helped me push my car further inside their parking area so it won't interfere with customers trying to park their car in the bank's parking lot. Anyhow, long story short, every one of those employees was generous, caring, and compassionate. I want to give a shout out those those two employees who helped with a push and made sure I was alright. Thank you so much for everything. Do I recommend this bank to anyone? Yes, yes, I do recommend this bank to anyone. They will put you first and care for you, treat you like family. Thank you for everything”

“Every time I am afforded the privilege to make my business’ bank deposits at this BofA location, I genuinely look forward to visiting and chatting with the tellers and management team at this location. It is rare to find such a high standard of customer service in the banking industry these days. BofA at a large level has suffered recent reputation injuries, but this branch alone single-handedly shows that it’s about the people on the ground, not those at the C-Suite, that make the biggest difference.
I am particularly impressed with the quality of management and the cohesion of the team at this branch. I’ve taken some of the things that I’ve seen and learned from this location’s Manager and had an extremely successful implementation of these management tactics in my business.

“Not bad for wells fargo. Staff has always been quick about greeting and making sure you don't need other assistance rather than standard banking and waiting in line if there is one. The parking lot exits to 10th street and baseline are both best when taking a right and can get backed up during heavy traffic hours.”

“This is a small bank and so, still has great customer service. I actually looked forward to going in. They know their stuff. Although, a couple of times the computers were "down" and things had to be done by hand, which takes longer. Not sure what the cause was.”

“Had a twenty dollar bill that accidentally got torn in half. Teller lady accepted it and exchanged it for a good twenty dollar bill. And I don't have a n checking account there.”
“It's a bank. The facility is fine compared to other banking facilities. Wells Fargo bank is a good bank for me because it has an account for people who are incompetent with handling their money. I get extra help against fraud and with my credit rating.”

“Open ATM I've been banking at the US Bank for years in Lincoln City, but since my move (closer to family) and I'm still new to this area, this US Bank was one of the few places I had Google mapped for convenience (so that I knew where "my" bank was).”
