“unitus is a great place. they've got awesome. used car loan interest. probably the lowest you're going to find anywhere. the staff here is very helpful. I don't really care for waiting for service if you want to see a banker but I don't know what you can do about that. most these banks nowadays they got a waiting list or you want to set a date and time to come in, which I think is a joke. but United's does do a pretty good job. I've had Wells Fargo for 36 years and I think they suck so unitus is it? they're pretty good”

“Today, at the Fred Meyer on TV Hwy branch I had the best experience. The Asst Manager, Nancy and Caitlin Nunn provided me warm welcoming service with genuine smiles. I had just left a First Tech branch to pickup a large inheritance check. What a difference! I felt like I was in Cyberspace. Please never change your in-person, positive approach in dealing with customers. AI is no replacement for feeling like your business matters. I opened my account decades ago at PTCC and have no plans for going anywhere!

“I am so happy to write a review for my Rivermark Credit Union. There is a reason I have been a customer for 43 year! I have had them since my first checking account to my first loan.
We had decided after this many years to relocate over to central Oregon and in that process we needed to buy another home first. After not having a mortgage for 20 plus years it was really a different experience. I was able to sign all the necessary documents right from my home, and they were quick to reply to an email or to answer the phone whichever I chose when I had a question. They made the process quick and thorough from beginning to end.

“I understand that it’s easiest to leave negative reviews for Banks than positives but this location definitely does not deserve only three stars. They are a five star location in terms of Chase Banks.
Somebody there is always willing to help you and get to the bottom of your problem, even if it’s not necessarily their job. My problem was kind of silly and they definitely could’ve just told me to call the toll free number but Ryan sat on the phone with me and helped me instead of putting on someone else. Even if it’s not typically his location he deserves a raise and a large coffee for being so wonderful. :)
Over the years I’ve also worked closely with Catherine and Manuel and I want to also shut them out while I’m writing this review because they have always been spectacular as well.”

Today Olu Dada a Personal Banker took time out of his day to help my wife and I open a new account and close another one. He carefully explained the pros and cons of the new account. We was very confident that Olu had our best interests at heart.During the meeting Rachel McCartney the Branch Manager stopped by to thank us for our business. This is why we bank with KEY BANK.”
“Almost all of the staff here are lovely and very helpful. There is one woman named Dolores who has been extremely rude every time I’ve witnessed her deal with other customers including myself. Lovely staff in general, but unfortunately there is always that one odd one out.”

“Not bad for wells fargo. Staff has always been quick about greeting and making sure you don't need other assistance rather than standard banking and waiting in line if there is one. The parking lot exits to 10th street and baseline are both best when taking a right and can get backed up during heavy traffic hours.”

“This is a small bank and so, still has great customer service. I actually looked forward to going in. They know their stuff. Although, a couple of times the computers were "down" and things had to be done by hand, which takes longer. Not sure what the cause was.”

I was a little reluctant to go to that particular branch because of the previous revues. I found none of their complaints present at this time. We called every bank to see if we could get into the PPP through them. We were turned away by every bank except KeyBank. They are the reason that our business was able to survive the pandemic. We are truly grateful to KeyBank for actual being there to help local small businesses!”

She helped us out. I appreciate the sympathy shown because no one wants to go through this horrible situation. She had great customer service. The branch tellers are always sweet as well”
“I've never had a bad experience with this bank. They're always very friendly and helpful. They give you a chocolate with your receipt and they bake cookies on Fridays. They also have dog treats for the customers' fury friends. Great company!”
