“I absolutely love this bank. I have never had a problem with US bank and I’ve been there 20+ years. My children have accounts there as well. Yes they may have some flaws in Cornelius with long wait times not enough tellers, but overall, you get great customer service everyone’s very helpful and just a good bank all around.”

“Okay, how to start this review? Let's see....
First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to First Community Credit Union for being an outstanding institution and having exceptional employees who demonstrate empathy and generosity. Real quick, I'm going to summarize what happened, and maybe y'all just got y'all's self a new customer too. So the day of yesterday, 09/22/25, I had one of the worst days ever; the last thing I needed was my car to stall. ( I ran out of gas ) And I went to this bank and asked if I could leave my car there while I looked for gas, they were so nice and concerned about me, Two of their tellers helped me push my car further inside their parking area so it won't interfere with customers trying to park their car in the bank's parking lot. Anyhow, long story short, every one of those employees was generous, caring, and compassionate. I want to give a shout out those those two employees who helped with a push and made sure I was alright. Thank you so much for everything. Do I recommend this bank to anyone? Yes, yes, I do recommend this bank to anyone. They will put you first and care for you, treat you like family. Thank you for everything”

“Not bad for wells fargo. Staff has always been quick about greeting and making sure you don't need other assistance rather than standard banking and waiting in line if there is one. The parking lot exits to 10th street and baseline are both best when taking a right and can get backed up during heavy traffic hours.”
“I came to this bank about 6 months ago to cash my paycheck, I was greeted by a gentleman named Alonso not only was he professional he made me feel very comfortable and informed . My experience has been fantastic,Alonso directed me to a co worker named Oscar to assist me with opening a new personal bank account and once again I am pleasantly surprised He. was so welcoming and professional ,l can say I finally found my bank. “This is a small bank and so, still has great customer service. I actually looked forward to going in. They know their stuff. Although, a couple of times the computers were "down" and things had to be done by hand, which takes longer. Not sure what the cause was.”
“The employees and management here at the NP branch are awesome. They greet you by name, they are fast and helpful. Chase, US, Wells and the corporate giants are out of control with their fees. These local guys are here to support and take care of their neighbors. Our family is very happy banking here.”
“It's a bank. The facility is fine compared to other banking facilities. Wells Fargo bank is a good bank for me because it has an account for people who are incompetent with handling their money. I get extra help against fraud and with my credit rating.”
