All 3 of them (different firms) suggested Springer Body and Paint in North Plains. Aimee and Cambria and John were so easy to work with, accomodating, communicative and with ideas on how to keep costs down (private pay.) I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result (thank you John & crew) and the quality standards they adhere to. Can't see any reason to ever go anywhere else.”

“Oregon Collision Center came recommended to me by a family friend after my first accident. I had ZERO experience on the process of getting my car fixed. Carlos saw me for a pre-estimate the day after I called (other shops were weeks out just to take a look). He gave me information on how to make my car as safe as possible to drive in the time before they were able to get me in to fix. Patience made the experience even more wonderful with her frequent email updates on the status of the body work. Absolutely WONDERFUL crew. Auto accidents and the process after can be difficult, but the team at Caliber made it easy and smooth. They were friendly and supportive at intake, sent helpful texts and estimates along the way, and when the car was totaled, they made the final steps oh so simple. I hope to never need them again, but if I’m ever in another accident, I will choose them.”
“Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”

“Awesome mechanic. I’ve had them change the clutch on my old Honda crv and it worked perfectly and they charged a very fair rate. Just now I took my truck in to get the ac compressor replaced because I thought it needed to be and they looked at it and told me it works fine and made the adjustments needed. Most mechanic would not be honest like that especially with money involved. These guys are the best.”

“Doug's work is amazing. I would give him 10 stars if possible. He repaired front end damage on my Mazda CX5 from hitting a deer. He was 3200$ lower in cost than another body shop quoted. The work was done quickly and perfectly especially the paint match.
Doug is also a nice guy very honest and professional. I very highly recommend him especially if you want a great job at a reasonable cost”

“This is the 4th Mazda in my household, 3 leases and a purchase. The first 2 leases and the purchase were from the Mazda dealership in Gladstone. Unfortunately for them, I can only presume, that they changed management, and now all they seem to want is immediate sales. If you're not ready to sign, they don't want to deal with you, but that's another review. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Royal Moore Mazda and John Raptor. He never pushed, very congenial, and he knew what I was looking for, so we kept in contact. Not once did I get any pressure or "pitch". On the day I leased my latest Mazda CX-5. Then I had the pleasure of working with Dave the Finance Manager, turns out he used to be at my former dealership, what a small world. He had the financial end of it done in RECORD time, NOT 2 or 3 hours of trying to up sell, etc. He was fast and concise. Suffice it to say that Royal Moore now has my loyalty. They were honest, and direct and I had a lasting rapport with them from the in just emails at the beginning. They worked with me, and I got a great deal on my 2024 CX-5 and could not be happier. I can't thank John and Dave enough for their work in putting my deal together and for all the honesty, respect and integrity they showed me. “I've been looking for a paint and body shop to make my 1991 Mazda Miata look good again, door dings, faded paint-timetook it's toll. I was told by a friend to go see Adrain at crystal image, long story short he made my car look like it came off the showroom floor for a lot less than others paint shops around the area. He took his time to make sure everything looked good no overspray or missed dings highly recommend him for quality work at a reasonable price. Jay graham corneules Oregon”

“I had some paint damage on the front bumper of my Nissan GTR R35 and reached out to Kevin on a Saturday. He responded quickly, provided a fair quote, and was able to take me in as a walk-in. My GTR was Fixed the same day even earlier than what we agreed timeframe. As I need the car for the weekend. The service was excellent, Kevin was great to work with, and his brother Javier even gave me a ride home, which I really appreciated. The entire team was friendly and professional. Empire Body Works did an amazing job, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend them!”
“My 2002 Silverado 2500HD turbodiesel was in a fenderbender. The insurance wanted to total it, which I couldn't afford. Scotties went to bat and negotiated an excellent and total repair at a reasonable price. They are honest, thorough, completely up front about progress, even though it took longer than planned, no fault of theirs. I recommend them highly!”
