“Did you think I would forget what you did to my Mazda CX7? In 2022, i brought my car into your service department for a check engine light was on. You had to order parts. I waited a little over month. The parts came in. Your test drove it. The car stopped. Started smoking, then caught fire. Destroyed the car! This information came from the Fire Department Report I obtained in October. You are not man enough to tell me what happened to the car. The Technician told the FD that the gas hose kept popping off. Kept popping off. That tells me more than once. Why are you driving a vehicle with a gas hose popping off? I remember the RM would not talk to me about what happened. So every year I write a review to remind you what you did to my car.”
“Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”
“Took our 2023 Kia to Comfort Auto to repair a trunk dent. This was our first experience there. The customer service was spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dent was fixed in less than a week. Very happy with the results! The car was washed and clean at pickup. Staff member took time to help me out of the parking lot when leaving. “Caliber Collison had high quality and efficient service. Repairs were thorough and well done. I greatly appreciated how well they cleaned my car, they even cleaned the inside of the car. It was something that was not part of the service but made me feel like the respected me, my property, my time and they take pride in doing a good job because it is the right thing to do. They also communicated well, giving me regular updates. Everyone i spoke to was friendly and helpful.”
“I had smashed in the right corner of the rear bumper on my 2021 Tacoma. They were very reasonably priced and straight up about what the repair would take. The smashed piece of the bumper was plastic and all that was needed was to order a replacement, paint it, and install it. There were a few hours of labor involved which was the bulk of the cost, but it only took a little over a day, and they even touched up couple other scrapes. I wouldn't highly recommend them.”
