The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”

The dent was fixed in less than a week. Very happy with the results! The car was washed and clean at pickup. Staff member took time to help me out of the parking lot when leaving. “Awesome mechanic. I’ve had them change the clutch on my old Honda crv and it worked perfectly and they charged a very fair rate. Just now I took my truck in to get the ac compressor replaced because I thought it needed to be and they looked at it and told me it works fine and made the adjustments needed. Most mechanic would not be honest like that especially with money involved. These guys are the best.”
