The new laundry room is perfect as my daughter does not need to walk across the street anymore. The new owners have really cleaned things up since I was there a year ago. Very impressed with the property clean up! I read a review from another parent about the kitchen mess but the roommates need a cleaning plan-”

“Love living here so far, the reception staff are all super friendly (especially Clara) and the amenities are really easy to access. Love that furniture and appliances are provided, wish my parking fee wasn’t raised so dramatically but I need to park there so there’s not much I can do. They do make you re-apply for the apartment really early for the next school year but they offer money off of the fee when they do, so I appreciate that. Overall good, safe, fun environment, would recommend!!”
