“I had a mechanical breakdown in Corvallis. I called my insurance company for roadside service and waited three hours for zero response. I've done business with B&R before so I called them. Twenty minutes later the driver showed up and had no problem with towing my truck to Eugene. He even dropped by my house so I could get cash to pay him, then dropped the truck off at my favorite mechanic.”
“Call my daughter‘s car ended up needing to jump. So I rolled over to O’Reillys and. Q Was happy to come out and test the battery which looked good but then was also willing to go get me a 10 mm wrench and a cleaning kit to clean the connections. Thank you for the great Service Quentin, solid work, dude”
“Freebird did a good job with the repair of our vehicle, and they made it easy coordinating everything with our insurance company. But, their customer service, specifically customer follow-up, is lacking. They gave us an approximate completion date noting that additional damage could be found as the repair commenced. I checked back with them on the estimated completion date only to learn that the repairs would take another two weeks. No explanation offered for the added time. Checked back on the Monday after the revised completion date, which was a Friday, and learned the work might be completed by the end of the week. Finally, on the following Wednesday we were notified the work is complete. Over a month later than the initial estimated delivery date. No calls or updates and when I picked up my keys all I got was here's your warranty, don't wash it for two weeks and don't wax for two months. No thanks for your business, no walk around, nothing. Good thing they are good at fixing cars, and likely have plenty of business, because their customer care sucks.”

“My car seat developed a tear so on a whim I stopped at Chuck’s to see if that is something they could fix. Absolutely! They did such an awesome job. He had to remove the seat, remove a small vinyl panel that was three small sections, sew them together and sew them to the leather seat, and then put Humpty Dumpty back together again. Impressive! The fellow that helped me and did the work was very friendly, efficient. It was done in several hours.

“We got quite a few scratches from a bike rack on the back of our car, and a scratch on my driver's side door, so I went by to get a quote and the very helpful woman said that they were simple enough, she would book me in and they would take care of it for free! I came back the next week, they buffed them out in 15 minutes and sent us on our way! Everyone we talked to was helpful, didn't bat an eye at charging me nothing, and my car looks as good as new! I couldn't believe it! Would highly recommend and will be going back for any future dings or bumps! Thank you so much!”

I was updated throughout the process of price changes, new parts being added, and when the vehicle will be done. The staff was AMAZING and when I picked up my car I was shocked by how great it looked. They clean, waxed, and replaced my license plate cover (all of this free of cost).
