“I never even knew that we had an O'Reilly in Corvallis. We do.I was talking to my mechanic about an item I wanted him to do when my vehicle was in for service. My mechanic suggested I just go to O'Reilly. My mechanic said they could help me figure out what part I needed and even help me install it or just install it for me. Sounds good. It's across town, but off I went.The store was clean and tidy. There were a couple staff members, and one offered to help. I think her name was Erin. She wasn't immediately able to locate the part based on the numbers I had brought in from the part. She came out to my vehicle with me and had a gander. We went back in, and she pored over the computer trying to find the right part. She did find something that looked close, but it was chrome and not quite right. Rather than just have me wait, she offered to keep looking and call me when she found something. The entire experience was pleasant. I felt valued. Their staff wanted to make sure I got what I needed the first time. They didn't just want to sell me something and shuffle me out the door. They smiled. Yep.
