“My fiance and I went with a budget in mind, after looking around for the right vehicle for a few days. Happen to call this dealership and spoke to Axel Hernandez and found out they had just what we are looking for. Went to test drive the car but the keys were nowhere to be found. We were going to head up to Salem to test drive something similar but Axel found the keys to the car we were interested in and got us right in to test drive the car. We ended up coming to a good deal on the car and couldn't pass it up. Came home last night with the perfect car! Shout out to Axel for the help! He was awesome, and I'll be working with him for the forseeable future.”

“I never even knew that we had an O'Reilly in Corvallis. We do.I was talking to my mechanic about an item I wanted him to do when my vehicle was in for service. My mechanic suggested I just go to O'Reilly. My mechanic said they could help me figure out what part I needed and even help me install it or just install it for me. Sounds good. It's across town, but off I went.The store was clean and tidy. There were a couple staff members, and one offered to help. I think her name was Erin. She wasn't immediately able to locate the part based on the numbers I had brought in from the part. She came out to my vehicle with me and had a gander. We went back in, and she pored over the computer trying to find the right part. She did find something that looked close, but it was chrome and not quite right. Rather than just have me wait, she offered to keep looking and call me when she found something. The entire experience was pleasant. I felt valued. Their staff wanted to make sure I got what I needed the first time. They didn't just want to sell me something and shuffle me out the door. They smiled. Yep. They smiled.I will go back when I need some auto parts.Thank you for treating me kindly, for smiling, and for looking for the part I need. More retailers could learn from this example.”

“I had an excellent experience today in the service department at Wilson Motors in Corvallis. I purchased my Jeep there in November and brought it in for a 3000 mile bumper-to-bumper check up and oil change (which a friend had told me is unofficially recommended for every new car at between 2500 and 3000 miles for the longevity of the engine).Although ironically they were short staffed, and it was a Monday morning and they were clearly quite busy, I received absolutely top-notch service. Jacob couldn't have been any more gracious and helpful, and even funny. I had a couple of additional questions and a couple of requests and he took care of everything with the utmost professionalism.A little over an hour later I got my Jeep back (they even washed it )along with a check list of everything that had been addressed. And there was NO CHARGE for any of it as my warranty (and their graciousness) covered it.One of the most satisfying car experiences I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

Twenty minutes later the driver showed up and had no problem with towing my truck to Eugene. He even dropped by my house so I could get cash to pay him, then dropped the truck off at my favorite mechanic.”

“As a woman who knows next to nothing about how to fix my vehicle (although learning!), every time I've gone in here for questions or parts, the counter people have always been very helpful at directing me to where I can save time or money on a project. One thing I really appreciate is that the manager is always working the front counter along with her employees, instead of relaxing in her office throwing darts at a map counting down the days til vacation. It really shows how much she cares for her store, something that's often lost on a lot of managers these days.”

“Went here to find a new phone holder after I got a new car. I asked the cashier Rob Demauro what the options were and he gave me an excellent overview. I could tell that he cared about helping the customer out and finding the best option for them. I bought the cheapest phone holder and I have never had a problem with it. I actually like it better than the $70 phone holder I had been borrowing from my dad.”

“I cannot say enough good things. After getting an accident I was able to bring my car in and get it repaired in a reasonable time. I was updated throughout the process of price changes, new parts being added, and when the vehicle will be done. The staff was AMAZING and when I picked up my car I was shocked by how great it looked. They clean, waxed, and replaced my license plate cover (all of this free of cost). If you're on the fence about where to take your car for repairs, GO HERE TRUST ME!”
