“I had open-ended travel dates on multiple trips due to family matters, and the Avis staff in Corvallis were so flexible and accommodating. Tiffany and Cheree, in particular, were thoughtful and kind as they took care of my evolving needs. I appreciated how they took the time to find the most economical and convenient way to extend my rentals and adjust drop-off locations, and how quickly they provided a replacement copy of my rental agreement after I lost the original. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add Sunday hours.”

“I'm a local Google Guide & I like the fact that the original owners/creators of Enterprise Rent-A-Car were WWII Veteran(s) that served on the the USS Enterprise! I've always tried to rent with them whenever I can. They offer round trip pick up & delivery service! They are also part of the Costco travel network which is convenient & cost effective. 5 STAR SERVICE.”

“I went to the location on ninth Street in Corvallis and Cheree helped me she was amazing everything I needed she did she helped me from beginning to end. I had to be at work at 10:30. She helped me get my car and be able to work next-door all at the same time she just accommodated me so wonderfully and then the drop-off was even more amazing. I just would 100% recommend it and I would 100% go there again next time I need a car I also didn’t have rental car insurance so she got me a wonderful deal.

When I went to the car place in Albany and they said oh yeah we have a car for you come and pick it up at 9 o’clock in the morning so I show up and they’re like oh I’m so sorry we don’t have a car for you I’m like are you serious like yeah come back at six I’m like but I don’t get off work until six so I got off early. Made it there by six. When I showed up they told me they didn’t have it and I was screwed with no car so they said you know what just come tomorrow morning and we will have a car we promise so in the morning I call him first before I go, of course and they literally tell me sorry we don’t have one so I had to find a ride to work. I just could not believe itso I called Cheree and I could not believe that she got me a car an hour later and it took me 40 minutes to get to Corvallis so she got me a car in less than 15 minutes. It was amazing. and she upgraded me so I got a nicer car for the same price so I don’t know how you beat that. Go to the Corvallis Avis and see Cheree hands-down”

“AWESOME top-notch service with a wonderful staff!!!! Julie the manager is so sweet, caring and professional. She made sure I was well taken care of and happy with my rental car. She even gave me an upgrade to an SUV that was easier on my knee's when getting in & out of the rental : ). Tiffany and Shereace were also very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. They all treat you like family and will go above & beyond for you!!!! My SUV was clean inside and out. Price is right and they were very accommodating esp. since I didn't know when our truck was going to be out of the auto body shop. I will definitely use them again! Keep up the amazing job you all do and thank you for everything : )”
