The Corvallis Bicycle Collective is a great and beneficial shop doing great work for the community. It is easily accessible throughout the week and very affordable, offering an essential service for those who cannot afford a pro bike shop or need repairs done quickly. The team is amazing, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They happily help in every way possible, taking time to describe and demonstrate how issues happen, how to find replacements, and how to repair your own bike. They have extensive tools and parts, and if something is not in stock, they help determine specifications for a replacement. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and inspiring, providing wonderful recommendations. They are patient and never make customers feel unwelcome or foolish, even for those who are completely new to bicycles. Customers walk in uncertain and walk out confident. The collective operates on a pay-what-you-can model, asking very little for their years of expertise and priceless willingness to help, even while busy with multiple customers. It is a highly recommended shop for any DIY bicycle repairs.
