“Highly Recommended over all furniture stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have purchase two separate items here on two separate occasions and then asked for additional assistance when needed. A recliner - it's perfect, no issues, meets my need wonderfully and was at extremely low cost. I did comparative shopping first, and then decided on Chateau because they have the lowest prices. After I bought the recliner, Ed, Owner, and Robert, Assistant, of Chateau took the back off and loaded it for me and then Robert came to my office, lifted it up the stairs, and put it back together for me in my office. A gorgeous floor lamp (see attached photo) on which Ed gave me an amazing discount. I bought a boxed version of the lamp and when I had a bit of trouble assembling it due to disabled hands, Robert (again graciously) came to my office and completed the assembly for me. These men and this store go way above and beyond. They are utmost in service, courtesy, cost, beauty, comfort, and quality. Thank you Ed & Robert for such superior results. - Amber”
