“Chris, from the Corvallis Oregon store, went up and beyond for my husband and I. We called with a specific, outlier shipping need and he willingly took the time to listen and help us. Chris alleviated a very stressful situation for us by providing A+++ customer service. Truly. That is not hyperbole. All our thanks from Medford Oregon!”

“Sean and his staff are fantastic! They all bend over backwards to give superior customer service. Sending packages to US servicemen is hard enough. But this business makes a hard situation a happy time. I once had an important package mislabeled and sent to his business. And they held it and waited for me to call. I'll never go anywhere else.”

“We had trouble tracking a package and called because it was a time, sensitive delivery and Missy went way out of her way to help us find out all the details of the shipping and locate the package. Other UPS stores we called that day failed to help us or even be willing to but this location and specifically Missy helping us cleared it all up. Thank you so much, Missy we appreciate your help!”
