“The staff were amazing at helping get through handling a bill of my deceased grandparents from over a year ago! I had been through the ringer with 611, sending in their phone last year in August, they claimed they never received them so I paid the remaining balance of the bill and the remaining installments of the phones I sent back to them in the pre postaged box they sent me in the mail so everything was supposed to be zeros out in August and then ATT tried billing my DECEASED grandparents for SEPTEMBER when they died months before AND they were paid in full in AUGUST saying that my grandparents now owed almost 250.00?!These staff kept very calm and helped me for almost 2 hours try to get through 611 and finally the bill was handled without me having to pay even more.Thanks so much to these three patient and knowledgeable guys!”
