“They replaced the screen on my phone October 22. Service was even faster than predicted, and it was already finished when I returned early. I was taken aback by the fee being charged by credit card companies now, so they lowered the cost and absorbed the fee, essentially taking a loss. I thanked him and said I would be checking in here to rate their service once the warranty period ended. He reassured me that they stand by their work even after. My grandkids were right: they are the BEST!”

I was getting aggravated frustrated and I'm sure my tone expressed that but they were kind polite and helpful especially Xavier he went above and beyond and was kind through my attitude...
