“This is the only Verizon store I found where the employees were friendly and seemed to want to help. Moises patiently solved my problems, competently and without making me feel as if I should be doing it myself. This location may not be as convenient, but going there is worth it.”
“Went in there to get new Google phones. We had a bad experience with Verizon retail in WinCo shopping center, so decided to go to AT&T. Mark was helpful and very understanding and got us into great phones. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need nor put liquid screensavers on there without our permission which cost us a lot of money that couldn't be recouped (which the Verizon store did). We really appreciated his knowledge, truthfulness and honesty.”

“This review is for the store and not Verizon's overall services or policies.I ordered my new phone online and chose this store to pick up. It is located in a nice location with ample parking. The store was clean and well organized during my visit. An employee mentioned that someone would be with me as soon as they were able. After a few minutes, another employee asked if I was there to pick up a phone. I assume that I was the only person picking up as my phone was on his desk. He called me over to his desk to sign for my phone so that I didn't have to keep waiting. They were friendly, answered any questions I had, and explained how to activate my phone when I got home. It took less than 30 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left with my phone. Thank you for the excellent and professional service.”
“The staff were amazing at helping get through handling a bill of my deceased grandparents from over a year ago! I had been through the ringer with 611, sending in their phone last year in August, they claimed they never received them so I paid the remaining balance of the bill and the remaining installments of the phones I sent back to them in the pre postaged box they sent me in the mail so everything was supposed to be zeros out in August and then ATT tried billing my DECEASED grandparents for SEPTEMBER when they died months before AND they were paid in full in AUGUST saying that my grandparents now owed almost 250.00?!These staff kept very calm and helped me for almost 2 hours try to get through 611 and finally the bill was handled without me having to pay even more.Thanks so much to these three patient and knowledgeable guys!”
