By contrast, the Corvallis Kings Blvd. Location was rude, untrustworthy, and required two failed visits… employees who were disrespectful and straight out dishonest, wow.

“Every time that I've gone into the AT&T store on 9th St in Corvallis, I've experienced great customer service! I've had to deal with various phone issues recently, and was really stressed out that I would have to spend way more money than I wanted to. Each time I was given multiple options to fix the issues I had. They weighed the cost vs. the time it would take, and walked me through all the steps thoroughly. I had so many questions, and showed up multiple days in a row to get clarification and never felt like an inconvenience. I got reassurance that everything would be fine! The staff has always been more than willing to help me out every time. I was even recognized after 7 months later when I needed help, and met with such a positive attitude! It has really made me feel so at ease that there will be a positive solution no matter what.”
