Natural Grocers is a specialty retailer offering organic and natural groceries, body care, and dietary supplements at affordable prices. The store features a good selection of products and is known for its bright, clean, and pleasant shopping environment. Customers appreciate the free nutrition education provided by the staff, who are described as friendly and attentive.
While the overall shopping experience is positive, there have been a few minor issues reported, such as spoiled yogurt that could not be returned, and a concern about the effectiveness of certain products like ear wax removal tubes. However, the staff have been responsive in addressing these concerns, offering refunds when appropriate.
Customers also appreciate the variety of vegan options available, including Beyond Meat products, though they note the lack of some specific items like JUST brand egg replacer. The store is generally not too crowded, making it a convenient shopping destination for those seeking natural and organic products.
Give that man Gabriel a raise. He made my day and my finances day. Just a simple question, “what’s been your favorite part of your day?” Turned into a great conversation and great experience. People like Gabriel will keep us coming back.
