“Footwise replaced the heel guards on my boots after another shop had done a terrible job putting heel guards on them. I couldn't wear the boots when I brought them in to Footwise because there were nails sticking out. Footwise fixed them for me. They did a great job and charged me half of what the other store had charged me. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I will be having them do all my repairs in the future. I did not know until I called them that they were repairing all kinds of shoes now, not just Birkenstocks. I am very pleased with their work and prices.”

“I went in Monday Dec 11 around 2:00pm and the girl working the counter was so, so helpful. I was in a predicament when the boots I was wearing fell apart! I came in with only socks on and in a hurry. She was accommodating and kind and so very helpful. I got my new favorite boots, left happy and with time to spare!”
