This is a nice store compared to other Natural Grocers, good selection, bright and clean. Anna at the register was friendly.
Minus one star because the yogurt they sold me was spoiled and they wouldn't take it back. Buyer beware, the markdown items are not returnable, even if they turn out spoiled the minute you leave the store. So instead of saving $3, I spent $3 on inedible food. BB date was the following day.
Otherwise, pleasant enough shopping experience.

Nice little store kinda reminds me of pioneer market (L.A 90s) I've been in a few times but the last time I came it was for oil of oregano (med section) to cure my tooth infection ?. Brand is by " My Kind" $13

Horrible place to shop they will rip you off. The cashiers ask you if you want a receipt or not. knowing they have a receipt policy for returns. I accidentally bought the wrong item and within five minutes I brought the item back thinking I could swap it out for the right item. I went back to the same cashier and they denied me swapping the items.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Natural grocers is a terrible company with terrible business practices and management, I actively have found products months out of date in both dry and perishable sections of the store, vastly understaffed and undervalued employees. Rude management and constant turnover. The only reason this store was able to pass a health inspection is because the rats that are within the store are not “localized” and are coming from the same building but just one store over. If you value employees being treated well, or food and product that is low price or even within a reasonable expiration date. Do. Not. Shop. Here.

I have never had a good experience here, and they have a rat problem. They also fired some of the only capable staff and replaced them with a produce manager that is incompetent. Womp womp

Do not shop here! Overpriced and constantly understocked, and the store is infested with rats! They literally fall from the vents, and if you walk by the bathroom, you can smell the rodents rotting in the ceiling!

The staff here is so kind and attentive. We have been shopping here for over 3 years and it’s always a pleasure coming in. The produce is great and I love their bulk section. Only thing is that I wish they took WIC benefits like the Co-Op does. :) Also, don’t buy the bees wax tubes for ears - it’s a scam! Lol! We learned the heard way BUT when the staff and I discussed it and I showed them, they gave me a full refund!
