Open 24 hours. High quality machines for cardio and lifting. I usually go after work late evenings or very early the next day and it's never felt crowded.

Awesome gym, loved being a member. I'm pretty sure I owe them money right now though :(

It's like a physical therapy gym, small, older crowd during the day. For the price,you can go somewhere else and get more of a variety in machines.
