“Was in town for opening of PRAx (wonderful place!) and realized day of event that heel tip of one shoe was gone. Sedlak's was walking distance of hotel. Originally told me it would be a week but when I explained the situation and asked for any help possible (could I but heel tips to do it myself, other shoe repairs, etc.) they VERY KINDLY put matching tips on both shoes in about 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!”

“I have always appreciated this store when needing shoes. I am not a fan of shopping and Michelle pointed me towards a perfect Teva boot for me a few months back. They unexpectedly started to have some of the stitching loosen. Michelle replaced them yesterday for me and even gave me a credit back on the boots as they’d gone on sale. So nice putting that credit towards my sandals yesterday :) Highly recommend this store. They have great products and customer service. Very helpful and zero pressure!”
