Wild Yeast Bakery is a fantastic local bakery in downtown Corvallis with a wonderful space and atmosphere. The staff is always warm, friendly, and provides wonderful service. They offer fantastic and delicious breads, including toasted sesame sourdough, kalamata loaf, beet bread, baguettes, and whole grain loaves. Their pastries are also delicious, with highlights being the Swedish cardamom buns, soft molasses cookies, and tender galettes. The goods tend toward rustic and wholesome. They have loaves and single servings, including vegetarian and vegan options. It is recommended to go early and check their hours. Their bread is also available at the local coop and farmers market.

Brioche brioche brioche gotsta get me some more of that. It's on the $$ side but if you have the money it's worth it. Go early. They have loaves as well as single servings. We also loved the beet bread.
Vegetarian options: Vegan options too.
