Their pastries are also delicious, with highlights being the Swedish cardamom buns, soft molasses cookies, and tender galettes. The goods tend toward rustic and wholesome. They have loaves and single servings, including vegetarian and vegan options. It is recommended to go early and check their hours. Their bread is also available at the local coop and farmers market.

This is the most wonderful bakery in the area. Their coffee tastes absolutely delicious being some of the best coffee in Corvallis and they have amazing bread to go with it. I'm a huge fan of their cardamom bun, which should be winning awards because of how amazing it tastes.

Amazing cardamom cookies and bread! Super cute bakery where everything is sourdough based. A little bit expensive but the quality is high
