“April greeted me, a traveling stranger as soon as I walked in.. & another guy saw the empty Dex-Cool I was carrying & quickly returned with the right one I needed. She was most helpful showing me the different funnels & then at checkout pointed to a cardboard box that was just narrow enough to store the Dex-Cool (& incidentally fit perfect in the back storage compartment in my Motorcoach). All in all I was well taken care of & headed down the road a Happy Camper.”

“I needed to help my son buy some truck parts. The Manager Tom Freyr was extremely helpful. Tom and I tried several ways to have the O'Reilly in Scappoose be ready to have the parts prepaid for and ready for my son to pick them up. Thanks to his persistence and help, we finally figured out a way to get it done. Mean while the phones were going off and people were coming into the Cottage Grove location. He answered phones and kept the walk in customers happy all while he was helping me figure out my situation. Tom was professional and had a great personality. I want to make it a point, that the whole time I was there in the store, Tom was the only person on the floor helping everyone out. Great job!! Thank you”
