“My car seemed to be on its last leg so I brought it to this shop. I don’t know any of the mechanics nearby, my car has never needed work really. So I’m really glad that the first one I chose was a good one! The problem was diagnosed super quickly. I set an appointment for today and they had it ready within a few hours. My car is quieter than it has been in years! Runs like it did when I bought it. All the employees I talked to had great customer service skills and are experts in their field. Highly recommend.”

“Can’t thank Adam and Brad enough for the great work they did on my van. Driving back from CA I felt a severe shaking going on. Listened to my father’s voice in my head, “pull over go to a mechanic”. Adam checked my van as soon as I pulled into the parking and discovered my front axel la and my rear motor mount were busted. Something that had been going on for a while, something other mechanics had missed. Adam was able to order the parts for my van and had it fixed by early afternoon next day.

“It is so nice to have an automobile service company you can trust that does great work and stands behind their work. I used to have my car serviced by the dealership under extended warranty but got tired of watching them try to upsell me and almost everyone in the waiting room on more service. I had their recommendations reviewed and didn't need half of them at that time and a few never!

“had an issue with my chevy equinox that i brought to guarentee up in junction city, they kept turning me away saying nothing was wrong when i knew there was something wrong… finally went to brads here and they fixed the problem up in a day and no problems since! great spot”

“Leave it to Les Schwab to restore my faith in people’s ability to give good customer service! I know Les Schwab is supposed to be know for that, and maybe it’s just that I’m used to grouchy Portlanders, but this Les Schwab really helped us out with our axel problem on our trailer. Hunter was so friendly, and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure we got our trailer fixed in a reasonable amount of time and with as little cost as possible. “Was guided here to get propane. The man who came out to fill my tank was still learning the process, so he recruited the assistance of his coworker. Josh and Gary were a great team and I greatly appreciate Josh's confidence in operating the propane dispenser.Also, they were apparently the only station in town with propane available and I was very fortunate to find them.Thanks gentlemen for the propane and enlightening learning experience.I also filled my truck's fuel tank. Their diesel prices are better than others too. ?”

“I owe a huge thank you to Darren. We were on our way to the dunes for thanksgiving, pulling our toy hauler when we had a flat. We were able to pull the tire off and they got it right in for a repair. The “other guys” gave us a 2.5 hour wait time. They took a lot of stress off of our shoulders and we’re very thankful for that!”
