“Justin the manager was very nice and helpful. Very communicative, I went in because my fan wasn’t working. My defrost, my heater, and my air conditioning wasn’t working. And they found a mager issue that I overlooked. Very impressed with their mechanic services.”
“Last year, I had to get 4 new tires at Les Schwab due to a punctured tire. I felt uncomfortable since I just bought brand new Costco tires the year before but I read online that AWD vehicles do need to replace all 4. I usually go to Costco (Montana) but LS had decent reviews and the Costco here has terrible reviews. It didn't 'feel' right after my LS experience but I went with it.
Fast forward a year and the guy at LS rated my tire thread on my new tires wrong. I went to get snow tires on and he documented 5/32 (aka half worn) after only a year and 10k miles. It didn't sit right with me (again).
I decided to go to TireSport for a second opinion because I just had a bad feeling. The guy there measured my tires (they are not half worn but in fact brand new and looking good) and showed me a bunch of things, in addition to answering questions correctly. I was pretty sure I don't need chains with my snow tires (the LS guy said I did; TireSport confirmed what I had read on ODOT).
Again, I never had any issues at LS but I just felt uneasy there (like the guys there didn't know what they were doing; not that they were malicious but just working for a big chain). I felt like I was getting good and accurate information at TireSport from people who truly do have the expertise & experience. Bonus: I appreciate people who show me instead of just telling me what's wrong or right. I'll be switching to them in the future!”

The lady I spoke with was named Melissa, and she was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to find someone who could possibly get a hold of this windshield for me. She did not need to do this and chose to do it anyways. This tells me what type of company A1 is, And how they help support our community. Just this alone guarantees that this will be the place I go from now on If I have any problems. Thank you.”

“Zac the assistant manager is a good dude. The battery terminals on my car were completely rusted away and were causing connection problems. I went to goodyear downtown Eugene and they quoted me almost $300 dollars to replace my terminals. When I told them I would rather do it myself, they then pulled my car out of the garage and when I got there it obviously wouldn't turn on. When I got out and popped the hood to try and reset the connection, I looked up and the techs are sitting in the garage laughing at me with no other cars in the garage. That's when I went to Jiffy Lube and talked to Zac. He helped me and only charged me $100, so I left a pretty good tip and said thank you, as any good customer should do when they are treated right. Moral of my story DONT GO TO GOODYEAR, GO TO JIFFYLUBE. I understand Jiffy Lube can't do everything but they aren't a scam like all of these other shops.

“Honest, capable shop. Dropped off my Oldsmobile with a coolant issue, Jiffy Lube told me I had a cracked head gasket and needed a full engine rebuild. Schweitzer did a pressure test and test drive and informed me it was just an air bubble. Topped up my coolant and good to go. A less honorable shop could have made up anything but these are straight shooters. They will always have my business. Huge thank you to the team at Schweitzer's!”

12/5/23 - Came in for my 2017 Honda HR-V's routine maintenance multi-point inspection (over 35,000 miles). Overall, service was excellent. Shayla Spoerl, Express Service Consultant, was efficient, professional, and very helpful. She carefully went over each item with me that would be serviced and what to expect, as well as the cost. What I thought would be about a 2-hour wait time turned out to be only about an hour, which was a bonus. I've always been pleased with service at Kendall and this time was no exception. Thank you!
11/17/25 - Took my Honda HR-V in to Kendall for its routine oil change and to address any other items that may need attention. Wait time for the oil change and accompanying inspections was about 1-1/2 hours, which I felt was normal. I appreciate that Zachary Schissler was very helpful and polite. I will be returning to Kendall on 12/11 for a follow-up visit to address one of the items on the ongoing to-do list for my HR-V.”

“I needed a new battery in Aug of 2022. They were able to do it and wasn't out of my price range. Recently, my battery has been having issues and I called about a warranty since it's not been that long.
I called 2 weeks ago and was told the manager was out on lunch and he would call me back in 30. Called back a few days later. No answer.
Still haven't heard back from the manager.
Edit: Chris personally called me, had me come in and changed out the battery with no hassle. It was a battery issue and redline and moreso Chris, handled everything with professionalism and kindness. He's a great dude.”
