“McCoys saved the day and won my business. After a nightmare experience with Walgreens (who I will NEVER do ANY business with again) I had my prescription transferred to McCoys. The experience was friendly, extraordinarily helpful, and professional. The staff is genuine and real - they address you when you walk in to let you know that they’ll be with you shortly, no matter how busy. The day I had my prescription transferred they were slammed - apparently Walgreens lost a lot of business that day, and McCoys handled the wave so professionally and with care. They assured me that I would have medication for the weekend if for some reason my doctor was unable to get the prescription sent over. I was so thankful to them and their amazing staff!!”

“Good overall attitude and good variety of merchandise. Lacks produce and has little amount of meats and fresh veggies(mostly canned or if your into gardening there's plenty of that!). Generally fast lines for cashier's (unless super busy like mother's day or a holiday). I am a bit biased as I do work here”

“I have dealt with pharmacies on a professional basis for nearly 25 years and of course on a personal basis. . Wal-Mart Pharmacy in CG is by far the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Not only does each person treat you with utmost respect they genuinely go beyond their means to make sure that you fully understand the importance of the medication(s) you are receiving.My husband has numerous medical issues that requires multiple medications from various doctors. The pharmacist went through each one with me making sure to educate me on certain ones that could not be taken with others. I thought that doctors especially specialists would ensure and educate myself and husband the importance unfortunately we were never informed. With that being said, some were mixed for over a year. I am so thankful for Monty (Pharmacist) for the time and attention he gave to me and made me feel important.Thank you CG Pharmacy Staff!”

They got me in and and on schedule.They were friendly and they had a worker call in, they still got me out in 5 minutes of apt. time . I would not hesitate to use them. ( I always use Roseburg and they have always been great as well. Always pleasant, on time. The vaccine was available at Cottage Grove, would not hesitate to use them. I think the ratings are based on 1 or 2 bad experiences. Liz got me in and out as I had another Dr Apt. in Springfield 40 minutes later. Thanks to her, we made it on time.”
