“Pretty great place! Me and my fiance go quite often for snacks and energy drinks. They have a cool selection of 420 friendly merchandise and the workers have always been super nice! Really glad to live near such a nice, little store”
“The new renovation is very nice. Fuel station is convenient. They offer clear gas. Very tight parking and exit. This summer will be interesting to see the boats coming through on the way to the lake.”
“This building is called 'Killions' (pronounced Kill-Yunz). But some convienience store chain bought it and put their own name on it. What they ought to do is have a signage format that respects the local history of places they buy out. In medium lettering have it say 'get-n-go's' (posessive s) and larger underneath it say KILLIONS. So it reads "get-n-go's Killions" Maybe im being nitpicky, but I think a lot of locals that have lived here for decades would appreciate that.”
“They have competitive prices on stuff I usually get, not sure about everything else. Ive been an infrequent patron of this place for a couple decades. Ill always refer to it by its former name, 'Eastside Market' even though its a get-n-go now.”
“Truckers, this is a treat to get to park here. It's small so I was pleasantly surprised to find parking for a full reset. It's great because there are a ton of restaurants all around to pick from. I started with KFC, which was a short walk, a long with a Mexican place, a burger king, McDonald's, a dinner, a Popeye's, and more I think. It's just nice to have choices and outside of all the norms that come with standard truck stops .. of yeah there is a subway here too. If I find interesting shopping ?️ or some hiking trails I'll come back and update this review. Oh. But did I mention that both my husband and I loved the KFC. Making statements like, maybe the best KFC ever. I got the waffle combo with drumsticks, and added the cherry pie poppers. It was all good, the waffle was so good by itself I did not add the butter sauce. Don't worry I will find a way to use it. We both got the crispy instead of the original, cause we like our chicken cooked, and it was perfect. They keep it in a closed case too. That was nice. I did go into the Mexican place too. But it was close to closing and the whole place reeked of bleach water, and I looked back in the kitchen he was mopping and the only other guy working was mopping... So I was like. No way I want food under these circumstances, and thankfully moved onto the KFC. I may give the fast food Mexican place a daytime try, the carne asada fries and the big taco which I think is just a torta looked good on the menu, do we'll see .. the photo is the Mexican place om my brief walk over to it.”
“I was acknowledged the second I opened the door & was treated respectfully, professionally and kindly. This works both ways in my opinion because I want to acknowledge the great customer service that Tor provided me.
I vote for exchanging kindness any day of the week!
I’ll definitely return.

“Ever since I moved to this area, everybody that works at this store is super friendly, personal and helpful and they’re always respecting me and giving me the human dignity as a customer even though I’m transient and camping out in the homeless camp behind their store, I try to tip them for their service. Every chance I get in retrospect for their giving me human dignity, despite my current circumstances..
I recommend this convenience store over all the others in the area just because of the loving staff and their helpfulness to treat all humans with the same dignity.”
“Decent selection with convenience store prices. Be warned that they charge a 25¢ fee for using a debit card. If you're not in a hurry I suggest going to Safeway because their prices are significantly cheaper. Not much parking good customer service for a convenience store”

“Clean restrooms. Lots of choices of hot and cold foods, beverages, auto supplies and trinkets galore. The Shell gas gave us a coupon for a free water, soda or coffee. They have diesel fuel and a large truck fill up station too.”
“I love this store and use the drive-thru when in C.G. The customer service is excellent. I have a medical condition and the gal at the window is always friendly, smiling, helpful and willing to to go above and beyond to help me. Thank you American Market for consistently providing exceptional customer service.”
“Needed the small nozzle for my diesel, the 1st employee informed me where, and the 2nd employee went outside and helped me figure it out after 10 on a Friday night.
Store is always clean. Staff is always great. Selection is good. And the parking lot is well lit. 100% recommend this station in Cottage Grove.”
“Limited in products, but the cashiers provide excellent customer service. They are the friendliest workers I've met. So helpful if you are looking for something. They will actually step from behind the counter and take you to the aisle.”
“I was a little reserved at first because I didn't like having to pay to shop somewhere. But they let me roam the store before deciding on whether I wanted to pay and I was pretty impressed with the amount of different products available and the variety of different things that were available and for the most part, decent prices.”
