“I want to preface this post by saying we have not had our final appointment yet. If there is no update then that experience was consistent with the empathic and caring experience we've had thus-far. Our sweet girl was diagnosed with bone cancer. The vet has incredible bed side manners and has been more than accommodating to our questions/concerns as we grieve this loss. He and his staff met me on a personal level, sharing their own stories and empowering me during the hardest decision I've ever had to make. I cannot thank them enough for being a listening ear on my hardest days. I have probably spoken to everyone in the office and they never treated me as though I was too much work. Our experience in the office was nothing short of all the loves and rubs Our family will never forget your generosity. We will be bringing our other girls here in the future. Thank you so much.”

“We had to take our sweet senior dog in and say goodbye. All of the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Sweitzer made the process bearable. She explained everything, and was so gentle and kind. She is a really special person.”

“I have been to Forest Valley Several times, but this last time made the biggest impression on me. I took my girls in for their rabies shots and for Koko my Yorkie to get her allergy shot. She had been getting these shots for a few months but it seemed as if they really weren't doing much for her lately. Everytime we go there we see a different vet and this visit was no different. But, by the end of our time there, I was really happy we had Dr. Shaw examine Koko. She found that she didnt have just dry skin that we had been treating her for, she actually had a yeast infection. She had an ear infection and she had been chewing her paws too, a sign of yeast infection. Dr. Shaw loaded me up on meds for Koko and changed her allergy med to an oral and from the very first dose she stopped scratching and chewing. To me it was nearly miraculous and the amount of money was nothing compared to my little dog feeling good for the first time in a very long time. She gave me a medicated shampoo instead of a soothing shampoo for dry irritated skin and here it is 5 days later and she is remarkably better. I don't know why we never see the same vet there, but they are all good and highly qualified. I'm just thankful Koko is feeling so much better.. They were also straight forward with information and the condition of my cats illness so I could make the most informed decision.”
