“This was the most thorough vet visit I've ever experienced. Everyone working there was kind and supportive and thorough. I hope to see these vets for the life of my cats! I also want to mention that I did not mind waiting for the vet to finish up with the appointment ahead of me because she gave me the same level of attention once she was free to see us. She sat with us for an hour going through all of our records and getting our history and explaining her theories in detail. I've never had such an in depth vet visit and I'm sure the people ahead of me were grateful they weren't rushed out the door before their questions were answered as well. So I will happily plan a few extra minutes around my appointments here knowing that it means my cat is getting the attention she deserves. The majority of vets charge you for thirty minutes or an hour of their time and rush through a quick exam of five or ten minutes hardly reviewing records and missing obvious unrelated issues like ear infections etc. that has been my repeated experience over the years and I feel very lucky to have found this vet.”

“Eugene Animal Hospital is a great place to take my/ouranimals to – we have two cats and two dogs. They are very good with the animals and take good care of them. They are also very helpful with me getting in and out and Helping me with anything as I’m disabled. Everyone there is very nice and very kind. It’s always a pleasure to see them even if it’s not a good reason to go - it you have a sick animal. They all seem to actually care about the animals, as if it really matters to them, which is really refreshing and makes a difference to us. Our “ Babies” are very important to us now that our children are all grown and out of the home. I would Definitely recommend going to Eugene Animal Hospital.”

“Took a lil bit to get a call back from them initially but once I got the call they were incredibly nice and easy to work with. Only place in Eugene to get a spay or neuter that doesn't cost an arm and a leg 😂 also reasonably priced vaccines, microchips, flea meds and dewormer! They also test for heartworms and FIV!”

“I can not even begin to express my gratitude enough for having found this clinic! My poor pup had an issue with her eye, and I could find no one in the Central Oregon area to see her quickly. The folks at Riverbrook took my request seriously - we got an appointment right away and Dr. Browning, the veterinarian, called me directly to discuss my dog's eye issues. We drove 3 hours to see them and it was beyond worth it! We received top notch service and results! I'm happy to report that Dr. Browning's assessment, recommendations, and fast action possibly saved our dog's eye! I would highly recommend Riverbrook to anyone who needs a vet and wants someone they can count on and trust. I might even make him our primary vet - it's truly worth the 3 hour drive!”

“I’ve had my dog for 7 years and I have only taken him to the vet one other time for some allergy skin issues. This whole time I have been avoiding taking him in for his vaccines because I don’t want to get price gouged by a traditional vet. My past experiences with vets I always feel like they’re in it just for the money- they never seem to actually love what they do. I honestly cannot say that about Good Neighbor Vet clinic! These people are truly awesome! They and very knowledgeable and compassionate and have OUTSTANDING customer service. It seems like they actually care about our pets and enjoy helping them. I feel so blessed to have found this clinic. If you’re hesitant to bring your animal here, don’t be because they are great!!! They’re a diamond in the rough :)”

I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.”

“I always take my pups and kitties to this hospital, including after going to other vets in the past. They are always there for us, providing the best wrap-around care. All of the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate people; intelligent, well-educated and unafraid to turn to other staff for input when they wonder about something. Over the years, they have helped us through baby times, all the times in between, and times when we had to say good-bye to our precious friends. AND they've helped us through a couple emergencies, like yesterday, when I screwed up and somehow left fudge where my pups could reach it. When I realized we were in over my head, I called and was told to bring the pup in whom I knew needed help. We arrived as quickly as possible, although we live 25 miles away. We were met in the parking lot by Ashley, who immediately took the one pup from the car. She got him quickly into the clinic for treatment. He was more than happy to be going inside with her, as he loves his vet visits! Dr. Blystone appeared in a few minutes, while I waited in the car with my other pup who was complaining about being left outside! Dr. Blystone told me what she was doing and that my pup was OK. She was very comforting and kind. Today, our precious pup is tired, but he's with us! I cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for this Bush team. They have been our support for over 20 years, always providing positive and top notch care. They communicate beautifully, listening as well as they give feedback and educate me when I have questions. I can expect immediate support when I am afraid for my furries, and I can count on loving and compassionate care being given. The pups love going to see their doctors! .....any of them. They are the very best. PS My neighbor was listening to the phone call I made to them yesterday when I knew we needed help. She was AMAZED at their immediate and kind response to our need. And the stayed late to help us..... Precious care givers. Simply the best.”

“I was from out of town traveling with my two dogs one of them was not doing well and couldn't use her back leg when I called for an appointment they got me an appointment with Dr Lahm I absolutely loved him he was great with Daisy and she had no problems with him she seemed very comfortable letting him check her he told me what she needed and gave me options never pushing anything that she didn't need like some Vets iv been to. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Thank you for the great experience and excellent care I would highly recommend this VCA for your pets.”

I personally want to thank Sam and Dr. Nancy for their quick and thorough care. They were very compassionate as well. I’m happy to say that Four Corners will be my new Small Animal Vet as my former Vet unfortunately had to close their doors. She helped us navigate diabetes and bladder cancer in our dear Lab, Dexter and was there for him at the very end. She cares for our other giant breed dog and now our 2 newer rescue puppies that joined our family 10/24 and 5/25. We wouldn't go anywhere else as her entire staff truly cares and takes the time to get to know you and treat your dog like family!
