“Recently my Corvette was having issues. It suddenly began running rough and the check engine light was flashing along with service traction control warning light. Northwest Customs was recommended to me by two Corvette Club members. I called last Friday and made an appointment with Rick for Monday. Dropped off the car at 3pm, got a tour of their setup and was overall impressed with Ricks attitude and demeanor. I was shocked when this morning Rick called at 10am to let me know my car was ready to go!! BONUS was they found and cleaned out a nasty mouse nest in my engine that was hiding under the engine cover. I live on a farm and the struggle is real to keep the mice out of my cars. The communication that Rick provided from the moment I scheduled the appt to the pick-up was nothing short of amazing. I've had other local shops promise to call me with prices and availability of parts I was interested in only to never getting back to me.
