“Good place, good stuff, good people but their new pricing model where they price it high and then let the tag color discount it over time makes it a less worthwhile visit. I used to give it a quick look on the way to Lowes or Jerry's or whatever but now the turnover seems slower and the prices seem higher, a bit less worth bothering. I'm entertained by building new things out of old stuff so I'm sure I'll keep going, but not as often.”

“I LOVE my Seneca Rd. Home Depot in Eugene, OR! I try to go to the other location in Eugene (because it is more convenient to where I live) but always end up frustrated and then leaving and going to the Seneca road location. At the Seneca Rd. location, the Customer Service people are amazing and even take back my returns with a smile (lol). I can always find an employee in a department when I have a question and they seem like they are genuinely there to help me. They have the products I want. I even order things online (like pallets of flooring) and have them delivered there and they are always so helpful. Hopefully, Home Depot knows how wonderful their employees are at this location and give them some props, cause the employees are the ones that keep me coming back! Keep up the good work, Seneca Rd Eugene Home Depot!”

“Nice store. Hit and miss with customer service at the check stand. 2times had great service and checking rewards etc... but one of the last 3 visits had a checker who really didn't appear to want to be there, not friendly and not helpful when asked questions, it was like she really didn't care and didn't answer or just a very short No with a tone...”
