“My favorite place to donate tools and leftover building materials. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and it feels good to play a very small part in helping people find affordable homes. BRING used to be my go-to donation spot but over the years they have become very picky about what they will accept and their markup is huge. If you have a choice, go to HFH instead of BRING!”
“I've been shopping at Home Depot for years, and it’s consistently my go-to store for all my home improvement needs. Whether I’m tackling a big renovation project or just picking up some supplies for a small DIY job, Home Depot always has everything I need.
The selection of products is extensive, and I appreciate the quality and variety available. From tools and hardware to paint and appliances, Home Depot offers reliable brands and products that I can trust to get the job done right.
Overall, Home Depot is a one-stop shop for all things home improvement. The combination of quality products, helpful staff, and convenient shopping options keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their home!”
“It's sad that they need to do it but, having so much behind sliding doors to stop thefts really takes the pleasure away from drooling over tools.
The staff are awesome. Helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well-stocked.”
“I LOVE shopping here!! The employees are always ready to help you & greet you with a warm welcoming attitude! ? The prices are reasonable on their items too, lower than their competition down the street!”
“Had an order for flooring online that never got delivered. This store helped me find out what happened, and helped me leave with the better quality flooring instead of the order that was undelivered. The associates were all so kind and understanding. It really was a big mess and I’m very pleased with how they treated me even though my order initially came through “online only”. Beautiful LP flooring and molding.”
“I LOVE my Seneca Rd. Home Depot in Eugene, OR! I try to go to the other location in Eugene (because it is more convenient to where I live) but always end up frustrated and then leaving and going to the Seneca road location. At the Seneca Rd. location, the Customer Service people are amazing and even take back my returns with a smile (lol). I can always find an employee in a department when I have a question and they seem like they are genuinely there to help me. They have the products I want. I even order things online (like pallets of flooring) and have them delivered there and they are always so helpful. Hopefully, Home Depot knows how wonderful their employees are at this location and give them some props, cause the employees are the ones that keep me coming back! Keep up the good work, Seneca Rd Eugene Home Depot!”
“When we first landed in Eugene, one of our first stops was Lowe’s to get set up in our new home. We purchased a washer and dryer, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with during the whole process.
Since then, we’ve made several large purchases there, and the experience has been consistently positive. It’s clear they have a strong team that takes care of customers and keeps things moving smoothly.
As a veteran, I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount. It’s a meaningful gesture that doesn’t go unnoticed.
Overall, this Lowe’s has been a dependable place for us as we’ve settled into the area. Great team and solid service.”
“one of the only places from my childhood that is actually way bigger than I remember it being. So glad they have been able to keep growing in a time when home town stores often close.”
