Everyone with whom we interacted, specifically Hayden, Awbrey, Mallory and Tenley, did an excellent job of assisting us (in my opinion, none could have done any better or more for us). There was poor internet connection due to the ice-storms the previous week and it took me a while to get the hang of how to use the app. I was therefore very grateful that there was someone on site who could assist with the process. Returning the truck was not a problem. Levi was there to offer assistance if needed, which it wasn't, but he was friendly and chatty.”
