“They were nice over the phone, they explained they couldn't help me out with my trade in at the store being as I did the upgrade through T-life app and not with them. Which I understood.”

“I had an internet connectivity problem with one of my routers this morning, and Jacob, the Minet tech, responded right away -- even though this was on Saturday morning. Jacob was unhurried, friendly and was calm and knowledgeable, as he quickly diagnosed the problem and got me connected back up and online... Thanks, Jacob -- you are a credit to the company! And thanks, Minet! - Mark”

“Just started with Willamette Fiber and the speed of my internet is impeccable. We have 10 streaming devices that can all be used without any delay. The installation was seamless and reasonably priced. I have two extenders that are small and very effective. I had Verizon home prior to Willamette Fiber with large modem and extenders. They had a cap of streaming at 200 Mbps a month. We went through is within 3 days then our speed went down to 10 Mbps. It was the slowest response/load time I have had since dial-up. Verizon’s equipment was big and bulky followed by very slow speeds. I highly recommend Willamette Fiber.”
