We are so lucky to have our local Les Schwab. I'm always greeted by a friendly staff member. I had a noise, sounded like the driver's side front wheel. Justin checked it thoroughly, on the rack and driving with and without me in the car. He indicated that all is well, gave me a written summary and gave me total confidence.
